Notification Description: This is an informational alert. Technical Support Tiers will be conducting multiple updates to telehealth applications such as Virtual Care Manager (VCM), VA Video Connect (VVC), and others over the next week. These updates may cause short-term disruption to patient care. Users should be prepared to utilize alternative methods of communication such as Webex. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
