Notification Description: VA Video Connect Emails and Text Message SMS Notifications and Reminders will be down for maintenance Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM ET. SMS Reminders for existing Video Visits will not be sent during the maintenance. Email and SMS Notifications and SMS reminders will not be created or sent for Video Visits created during the maintenance.
Schedulers, please do not use Virtual Care Manager (VCM), Telehealth Management Platform (TMP), VistA Scheduling Enhancements (VSE)/ISS, or VCM in Oracle Health, and Revenue Cycle to create VA Video Connect Visits October 16, 2025, from 9:00 PM ET to 11:00 PM ET.
