Notification Description: Technical Support Tiers have identified a minor unforeseen issue following the deployment of CapSure3 version 3.6.8.21. Although the update passed field testing, a problem has emerged during the rollout that is affecting functionality on a small number of devices.
Users experiencing issues with CapSure3 after receiving this update should submit an OCCHD ticket. OCCHD will then initiate a local OIT ticket with the appropriate process for resolution.
