Notification Description: Technical Support Tiers are investigating reports of Virtual Care Manager (VCM) users receiving an error when signing a note to CPRS. VistA Imaging is intermittently not allowing images to be uploaded from VCM. More information will be provided as it becomes available.

Affected Application: VCM

Workaround: Users will need to create a new note to upload image(s).
